The complex, which is made up of 34 apartments (sleeps up to 4) and 6 studios (sleeps up to 2) is only 200 meters away from the tennis club and a 3 minutes walk to the beach. All apartments have a/c, heating, cable TV, telephone and a safe. Peguera is a small town belonging to the municipality of Calvia, in the very southwest of Mallorca.

The center has 15 well mantained clay courts with flood lights. Iconic players such as Steffi Graf, Boris Becker or Tommy Haas have trained here in the past. A swimming pool, club house with sun terrace, pro shop and a gym round up the professional centre.
